About the ADA
The customs gateway to ZPE Piauí
The ADA is the bonded area within ZPE Piauí's perimeter dedicated to receiving, storing and clearing cargo. It is through the ADA that all goods, whether imported or destined for export, enter and leave the Zone, with customs control, physical security and monitoring integrated into ZPE's own structure.

From cargo arrival to release for industry

Arrival
Containerized cargo enters the ADA yard.

Storage and control
Kept under guard in the bonded area, with CCTV, surveillance and a cargo control system.

Customs procedures
Nationalization (imports) or clearance for export, with inspection, loading/unloading and weighing when required by the authority.

Release
Cargo is moved directly from the ADA to the industrial area, ready to enter the installed company's operation.

Transport of cargo between the ADA and the industrial area, with customs control and physical, video-monitored security throughout the route.
Container loading and unloading
Loading (stuffing) or unloading (stripping) of containers, with staff and equipment for lifting and stacking, including seal removal or placement.
Inspection with unloading and reloading
Immediate unloading and reloading of the container for cargo inspection by the competent authority.
Sample collection / verification
Opening the container to collect a sample required by an authority, with seal replacement.
Seal replacement
Seal replacement when not linked to another service already provided.
Weighing
Weighing of the container (including transport to the scale) or of the cargo by weight, using an accredited vehicle.
Loading and unloading
Loading and unloading of trucks, trailers or road trains, with containerized or non-containerized cargo.
Container positioning and return
Moving the container to the loading, unloading or inspection area, and returning it to its original storage position.
